Native American Story Teller & Cultural Instructor, Teresa Webb spent two days at the Notre Damce Center for Arts and Culture. Webb, a third generation Anishinaabe Ottoawa Potawatomi storyteller, uses music and stories in her work as a Cultural Awareness Educator at the Eiteljorg Museum in Indianapolis.
On Thursday, April 23rd she worked with children in our after school program teaching them how to make and the proper use of "Talking Sticks". On Friday evening she conducted a mini-workshop using song and storytelling to teach on the culture of the Anishinaabe people.
