The 29th Annual Congressional Art Competition will open to the public on Monday, May 2, 2011. This show features the artwork of high school students throughout the Indiana Congressional 2nd District. 136 submissions are on exhibit. The title of this year's competion is: Artistic Discovery. The 1st place winner receives 2 airline tickets to Washington, D.C. from Southwest Airlines to view his or her work on exhibit in the Cannon Tunnel in Congress. The remaining exhibit submissions will be on display in the Crossroads Gallery, Notre Dame Downtown 217 S. Michigan Street until May 20, 2011.
