Running Wild, a trail run and family run walk to benefit St. Joseph's County Parks will be held August 19, 2017 at St. Patrick's County Park. It is a great event with a 5K chip-timed Run and a 3K Wacky Nature Scavenger Hunt Walk for all ages which starts at 9am. Nature medallions will be given to all participants with this year's "featured creature", the Blue-spotted Salamandar. The University of Notre Dame is a proud sponsor of this community event and encourages you to come join the fun of nature, exercise, and community building. Running Wild pre-registration is $20 per individual; $25 day of event.
3K Wacky Nature Scavenger Hunt Walk pre-registration is $15 per individual; $20 day of event.
"Wild Herd" Discounts for 3-4 participants for the walk are also available.
Pre-registration deadline is August 10th.
